Working Principle and Structure
1. Working Principle:
After the contaminated oil is pumped into the oil reactor, certain amounts of flocculation additives are added into the reactor(s) to flocculate the polar particles into large ones, which will be filtered off by physical and chemical methods. The gas will be removed by gas trap and vacuum tank under the function of degassing and dewatering. Then, the oil passes through the high precision filter to filter off impurities, getting purified oil similar with new one.
2. Main Structure:
The machine of ORS includes following systems: waste oil inputting system (inputting oil pump, oil inlet and outlet valves), heating system (reactor, stirrer, heater, heat exchanger etc.), vacuum purifying system (vacuum pump, cooler etc.), filtering system (oil pump, strainer, removing impurities tank etc.) and electric control system. Especially, the strainer is designed to remove impurities by manual or automatic method.
